Clayton Paint & Decorating Center was established in 1982 by Paul & Susan Buchanan, life-long residents of Rabun County. In 1998, Greg & Kim Willis purchased the store from Paul & Susan and added several new product lines over the next 10 years. Keith & Lora Toller purchased the business from Greg & Kim in May 2007 where Keith had been employed as Store Manager for nine years. |
| Keith worked for the second largest production flooring company in Atlanta and for the largest Benjamin Moore retail store in Las Vegas. This background made him uniquely suited to taking on Clayton Paint's product lines. Lora was actively involved with the Home Builders Association of Rabun County for over seven years as their Executive Officer. |
